Demos Done Right - Summary

world

In this series, we covered all the high points of presenting to an audience. Many of the tools discussed in this series apply to other situations in the workplace. One common occurrence in software development is for a business analyst, product owner, or product manager to bring the team a problem they believe the tool should solve. One could jump into a single solution to the problem or one could start with a '' clarifying question. With greater understanding, one is more likely to have options to present as a solution. They are even useful in personal relationships. Of course, there is more to dive deeper into on this topic, such as tips on reading body language, scaling a presentation, re-using a presentation, and handling nerves. There may be a day when I write about those, but for now, this is the end of Demos Done Right.
